Yes — dot is a messenger, so your customer joins the same way your team does. It takes a few minutes, they find your store by username, and from then on every conversation with your dealership lives in one thread instead of a phone number nobody can search.
dot is a messenger, not a DMS. It runs alongside whatever you use today. For some stores it ends up replacing the CRM’s messaging entirely — that depends on how you work, and it’s a good demo conversation.
Their account is removed. Their conversations and rights are handed to whoever replaces them, or to their manager. Nothing gets lost and the customer never notices.
